Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Artistry by Aarin. Upon booking a makeup application with Artistry by Aarin and its sub-contractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

If appointments are available makeup applications can be booked 24 hours prior to the date requested. Booking is fully secure upon email confirmation of payment of a deposit. Visit "Book Now" and follow the prompt.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

All makeup appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. 

If no deposit is made there will be no appointment.

WEDDING MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

All appointments for wedding makeup, please email an inquiry to artistrybyaarin@gmail.com. These appointments require a 50% deposit, at a minimum of 6 weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee.

PAYMENT

Once a deposit has been received through "Book Now" you will be sent a confirmation email in regards to your appointment. The remaining balance stated is to be settled the day of your appointment.

CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS

If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please notify Artistry by Aarin within 48 hours. At that time, we will reschedule your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

All full services performed by Artistry by Aarin (i.e complete makeup applications, bridal trials, bridal applications) are non-refundable. 

TRAVEL

Travel Fee is applicable when traveling to client’s location. A quote can be provided upon your booking request.

PARKING

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Artistry by Aarin requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Artistry by Aarin have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterized, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
